Hi, i'm Lindsay.

Beauty has been part of my life for over 13 years.

I first trained in beauty 13 years ago, but as life became busy raising my three children, my career took a different path. As my children grew older and I had more time to dedicate to something of my own, I found myself drawn back to the beauty industry.

After later retraining and developing a particular interest in skin, I created SKINroom three years ago to focus specifically on facial treatments, skin health and helping clients feel more confident in their skin.

Like many women, I had also started noticing changes in my own skin. I became fascinated by how professional treatments, the right skincare and a consistent approach could make such a difference, not just to how your skin looks, but to how you feel.

That personal interest quickly became a passion. I continued developing my knowledge in advanced skin treatments so I could offer clients more than just a facial. I wanted to create a place where people could truly understand their skin, receive honest advice and enjoy treatments tailored to their individual needs.

Today, SKINroom is exactly that, a welcoming, private clinic where advanced skin treatments, personalised care and genuine warmth come together to help you achieve healthier skin and feel like the very best version of yourself.

That's absolutely fine. Most clients begin with a consultation so we can understand your skin and recommend the most suitable treatment for you.

Do I need to buy skincare products?

No. I'll only ever recommend products that I genuinely believe will benefit your skin, and there's never any obligation to purchase anything.

Is there parking?

Yes. Free parking is available directly outside the clinic for your convenience.

Where is SKINroom?

SKINroom is a private skin clinic based in Thorp Arch, just outside Wetherby, welcoming clients from Boston Spa, North Leeds and the surrounding areas.

Can I book just one treatment?

Yes. Some clients visit for a one-off facial before a holiday, wedding or special occasion, while others choose to follow a personalised treatment plan. We'll always recommend what's right for your skin.
